Initial meeting / client consultation

This could be in the form of a meeting on site, at your home or at our office and is free of charge. We will discuss with you your personal requirements including build budget, time frames, site specifications (contour plans, soil test reports or any other reports you can supply), design ideas etc which we portfolio together to create your client brief.

Design and quote

After compiling this information we then start the design process working with our architect to create a concept design including a 3D elevation and floor plan focusing what we know will best suit your land, your budget your client brief.

Final plans, contract, and Council submissions

After we have your approval from concept stage we will need to ask a small fee to cover all preliminary costs, we then finalise all drawings including a site plan, floor plan, elevations and a 3d animated elevation view and cross section views. This will be your finalised Construction plans The engineering plans and a BASIX certificate will be completed based on all relevant reports and together with your Construction plans, all will be sent with the necessary applications for Council approval. The next very import stage is the Construction Contract detailing every aspect of your project complete with a schedule of fittings and finishes. This forms part of your building contract along with all necessary insurances which take any risk and liability off you during the construction and maintenance period of your home. We use the required fixed priced contract which includes everything for a complete build.

Construction of your home

We will endeavour to commence your project as soon as it is released from local council. Fully flexible with choice, we offer you the absolute best rate when it comes to fixings and finished from what’s allowed with your schedule, giving you the opportunity to save against the build cost. We focus on maximising tradesman attendance to ensure a smooth operation with as little disruption to your everyday life as possible. A work schedule is carefully planned and adhered to, streamlining your project.

The 6 months defect period

We offer a maintenance inspection 6 months after handover, if necessary, to rectify any minor settlement and adjustment issues
